Everyone in this world deserves to better themselves in a non-judgmental and friendly place.

My therapeutic style is eclectic - meaning that I like to use several styles and theories in my approach to help you heal from your wounds and untangle your ball of emotions. I am Licensed Professional Counselor and have additional training in advanced drug and alcohol counseling as well.

My experience comes from my internships in both inpatient and outpatient settings for both mental health and substance use. I have experience working with a wide range of ages and have worked with Veterans, adults, couples/families, and adolescents.
